By John Lee. Egypt is reportedly planning to build a railway line between the country's north-western province of Marsa Matrouh and the Libyan city of Benghazi. According to Middle East Monitor, Egypt's Transport Minister, Kamel Al-Wazir, told reporters that the project would be carried out "in cooperation with investors." (Source: Middle East Monitor)
