The United Nations team in charge of the Libyan talks in Morocco handed warring factions a fourth draft proposal on Monday for the formation of a unity government.
The move is an attempt to end a conflict that threatens to push the North African country into becoming a failed state.
UN special envoy Bernardino Leon called on both sides to take advantage of an opportunity to unify their country.
