Malta halts Libya Passports Agreement

Malta's Prime Minister, Joseph Muscat, has reportedly suspended an agreement with Libya under which holders of Libyan diplomatic passports could to come to Malta without the need for a visa.

The Times of Malta reports that this was done as a precaution because the government had information that a passport facility in Sirte had been taken over by terrorists.
