Libya seeks Saudi Help on Border Control

The Libyan government is said to be seeking assistance from Saudi Arabia to prevent armed groups infiltrating its borders.

Middle East Monitor reports that Saudi Arabia has expertise in preventing such groups from cross its borders from Yemen.

As previously reported, Libyan Defence Minister Abdullah Al-Thini has the assistance will include the use of a satellite surveillance monitoring system, using Italian technology.
