NOC Holds Discussions with Petrobras

The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Dr Nuri Berruien [Nuri Balrwin], has met a delegation from the Brazilian company Petrobras, headed by Mr. Samuel Miranda, Regional Director for North Africa and Middle East.
