Tripoli Death Toll now over 600

At least 691 people have been killed, including 41 civilians, and 4,012 wounded, including 135 civilians, since Khalifa Hifter’s Libyan National Army (LNA) launched its offensive Tripoli, the World Health Organization (WHO) said late on Monday.
