Even today the Libyan companies are involved not only in corruption but total dis-regard of any kind of law. Companies like Taknia Engineering in Tripoli have hired dozens of Indonesians Phillipinos, Indians etc. and are BLACKMAILING them through various means like withholding their salaries to take part in corruption. The Libyan officials are eating part of their salaries.
