In its third quarter results, Calmena Energy Services says that it expects drilling operations in Libya to re-commence in the fourth quarter, following a labour dispute that temporarily suspended operations in July.
In the fourth quarter of 2012, agreements have been reached with the majority of the company's Libyan employees to return to work, and Calmena expects both drilling rigs to recommence operations in the fourth quarter of 2012.
The contract terms for each of the drilling rigs expire in February 2013 and November 2013, respectively, and the company is confident that the drilling rigs will be re- contracted in Libya for the foreseeable future.
