Insurance provider Bupa International is joining forces with Sahara Insurance Company to provide international private medical insurance plans for organisations based in Libya.
Libya Herald reports that leaders from the business, insurance and medical communities met at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Tripoli to hear how the two companies will work together to deliver quality healthcare to Libyans and expatriates residing in Libya.
Attending the launch, Michael Aron, Acting Head of Mission at the British Embassy said:
“I know that Bupa’s committment to Libya will be welcomed by local Libyan businesses and organisations keen to make high-standard private medical insurance available to their staff, and will be an important factor in enabling international companies to work in partnership with Libya and to invest in its development and future.”
